We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, and all uses of that data — including when it is shared with our third-party AI service provider, OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Chat content you provide directly: The text of chat messages you type and send in the app, plus recent conversation history needed for context. Collected when you type and tap send.
• User identifier: An app-generated user ID / device ID and account token used to associate your chats with your account. Collected automatically at login and with each request.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, including chat activity and boost activities. Collected automatically as you use the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers. Collected automatically by the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our services, including sending your chat messages and user identifier to OpenAI, L.L.C. to generate AI responses (only after you give explicit in-app permission)
• Improve user experience and app functionality
• Communicate with you about service updates
• Display advertisements through third-party advertising services

We do not sell your personal information. Data sent to OpenAI is used solely to generate the AI response you requested.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety

5. Third-Party Services — OpenAI

Our app uses the following third-party AI service to provide chat responses:

• OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI"): When you use AI-powered chat features and give explicit in-app permission, the text content of your chat messages, recent conversation history for context, and your user identifier are sent from your device to our secure server gateway and then to OpenAI to generate an AI response. This data is used solely to generate the response you requested and is not sold. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

6. AI Data Sharing — Your Permission

Before we send any of your messages to OpenAI, we show an in-app consent screen that explains exactly (1) what data will be sent — your chat message text, conversation context, and user identifier — and (2) to whom it will be sent — OpenAI, L.L.C. — and asks for your explicit permission. If you decline, no message content is transmitted to OpenAI and AI chat features remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time from the Support page ("AI Data Sharing" section), where you can allow or withdraw OpenAI permission.

7. Advertising

We use third-party advertising services to display advertisements in the app. These services may collect certain device identifiers, usage information, and advertising-related information in accordance with their privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of certain data collection, including the OpenAI data sharing described in Section 6 (via the Support page)

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
